"BEWARE these office hours are NOT for this address. When we drove here (an hour from our house) they have a sheet of paper saying they are only in office Monday and Tuesday. We called them and the representative apologized and said they work from home the other days. We told her they need to fix their hours, but she said it is their hours they just aren't in the office.

"I have been with State Farm for about three years, and my experience with Agent Kim has been outstanding. She is professional, always answers my calls promptly, and provides excellent service.

"I have been trying to reach a real live person regarding my home owner's policy. I have called the claims office. I have called the assigned adjuster in Texas. This has been going on for eight days and still no human interaction as we play phone tag. I made the mistake of not calling this Friday morning, because this office only works a half day on Fridays. God forbid I interrupt their three day weekend. State farm has really dropped the proverbial ball as far as I am concerned.

UPDATE: Originally, I gave this business one star. About five minutes after this review posted, I was called by an associate to address my questions and concerns. She also had someone from the claims department call me within ten minutes of her phone call. Although, we could not proceed with the claim due to our high deductible (Thanks Florida!), I know that they did receive all of the necessary information for their records."

"If there were a handbook on how to spectacularly fail your customers, John Buchholz's State Farm office would be the poster child. Our journey with this office has been nothing short of a Kafkaesque nightmare, riddled with incompetence and a blatant disregard for customer loyalty and integrity.

Let's rewind to last year when State Farm abruptly dropped our policy following a solitary claim involving vehicle damage from debris - no other drivers were involved. Mind you, my spouse's unblemished 30+year history with the company apparently counted for naught.

Fast forward to the present - Kim from John's office reaches out with an olive branch, enticing us to return with the promise of significant savings by bundling our high-value vehicle and homeowner's insurance. The quoted savings of $650 seemed too good to pass up. Naively, we bit the bait and switched from Geico.

However, in an astonishing display of incompetence, not even two weeks later, Kim drops a bombshell. Apparently, there was a "minor" error in her quote, and now the policy would cost us an additional $600. Such a colossal miscalculation is not a simple oversight; it's a testament to the level of unprofessionalism we've come to expect from this office.

Attempting to seek some form of accountability, I requested a conversation with John Buchholz himself. However, my request was flatly refused, accompanied by a dismissive assertion that his apology would be meaningless. This outright denial to even engage in dialogue not only reflects a profound lack of responsibility but also a disturbing indifference to the distress caused by their errors. The very idea that a customer's concerns are deemed unworthy of acknowledgment by the head of the office is appalling and speaks volumes about the disregard for customer service at this establishment.

Our previous experience with State Farm's claim process was equally nightmarish, adding to our disillusionment. My advice to anyone considering State Farm, especially John Buchholz's office, is to run in the opposite direction. The archaic requirement of dealing with an office for simple quotes, the propensity to drop loyal customers without just cause, and the alarming level of incompetence displayed by their agents are more than enough reasons to steer clear.

In conclusion, save yourself the trouble and avoid John Buchholz's State Farm office like the plague. There are far more competent and customer-centric insurance options available that actually value and respect their customers."
